Respiratory masks* and personal protective equipment (PPE)*
Made in Germany
As a German mask manufacturer based in Frankfurt and Nuremberg, we produce
certified FFP2-NR masks in accordance with DIN EN 149:2001+A1:2009
and Regulation (EU) 2016/425 as personal protective equipment PPE.
Wearing a mask creates a barrier to the transmission of particles, droplets and aerosols, which can also reduce the risk of infection. Please help to reduce the global spread of Covid-19 by wearing a mask.
Information on respirators against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus can be found HERE.
Protection against particles, droplets and aerosols!
Our masks are reliable, comfortable to wear and yet dimensionally stable.
An FFP2 mask protects the wearer from solid and liquid aerosols (suspended solid or liquid substances in gases). A surgical mask protects especially the person opposite from droplets ejected by the wearer. Corresponding tests and certifications according to DIN EN 14683 Type IIR are currently underway.
The difference lies mainly in the grammage (the higher the grammage, the higher the bacterial filter efficiency) and structure of the individual filter fleeces. For example, a particle-filtering half mask consists of 4 layers (spunbond | hot-air-cotton | meltblown | spunbond), a medical face mask consists only of 3 layers (spunbond | meltblown | spunbond).
